Vladislav Zherenovsky is the founder; President & CEO of Kraner, LLC. The company provides holistic Wealth Management strategies for high net worth families while streamlining their financial affairs. He has over 13 years of experience working in the financial industry. He has assisted over 400 families and currently oversees a substantial amount of his client’s assets. Vladislav graduated from Christos M. Cotsakos College of Business at William Patterson University of Wayne, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science and later with Master of Business Administration in Finance and Economics. He studied at the Hessen International Summer University at Goethe University sponsored by the Deutsche Bank. Vladislav also Participated in Study Abroad in China, at the Sino School of International Management in Beijing and Shanghai.
He currently holds various registrations in the securities field, including the Series 7, 66, 31 and holds his Life and Health insurance license. Vladislav is an Investment Adviser Representative with Voya Financial Advisors, which allows him to provide financial planning service and investment advice. At Voya, he achieved the prestigious Premier Partners for his outstanding dedication to clients and the investment planning experience. Vladislav has also been awarded a 2015, 2016 and 2017 Five Star Wealth Manager Awards, 2015 and 2016 Best of Woodcliff Lake Awards for Consulting Services.
Prior to Voya Financial Advisors, Vladislav worked as a Financial Analyst at Fitch Ratings and later as an Investment Adviser Representative at Morgan Stanley, and Wachovia/Wells Fargo.
Active in the community, Vladislav serves as the Past-President to the Board of Directors of the Park Ridge Rotary Club and Board of Trustees of the Park Ridge Rotary Charitable Foundation, where he participates in community service and philanthropic initiatives to the Tri-borough region of Park Ridge, Montvale, and Woodcliff Lake.
Vladislav resides in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey with his wife Marina, son Alan and daughter Sophia.
